Damien founded the Practice in 2003 and has since accepted a varied referral caseload – predominantly neurosurgical conditions, although he still performs a variety of orthopaedic and soft-tissue surgical procedures.

Jenny graduated from the University of Bristol in 2012, and completed a postgraduate certificate in small animal internal medicine in 2018. Jenny sees a mixture of first opinion and referral cases and is an RCVS Recognised Advanced Practitioner.

Penny graduated from Bristol University in 1999 and has broad general practice interests. She has a whippet, cat, ridden horse and companion Shetland not to mention a pet sheep and hens.

Caroline has worked in general practice since 2002, having graduated then from Bristol University. She has a broad interest in medical and surgical aspects. At home Caroline has two Siamese cats and guinea pigs.
